Anthony G. Bradley, Department of English, taught courses in Irish Literature, Irish Film and Literature, British 19th and 20th Century, and Drama.






David Huddle, Department of English, taught courses in Writing: Fiction & Poetry, Advanced Writing: Poetry, Advanced Writing: Fiction, and Modern Short Fiction.









David A. Scrase, Department of German and Russian, was also the founding Director of the UVM Center for Holocaust Studies. His scholarly expertise lies in twentieth-century German literature, literature of war and the Holocaust, the literature of the GDR, and lyric poetry.



Justin M. Joffe, Department of Psychology, has scholarly interests in the nature of mental illness and the scientific, sociopolitical, and economic factors that influence diagnosis of mental disorders.






William E. Paden, Department of Religion, is interested in the cross-cultural patterns of religious behavior and, most recently, studying ways of relating those patterns to processes of human evolution.







Stephen J. Cutler, Department of Sociology, conducted scholarly research on aging and social gerontology, methods, and ethics.










Laura T. Fishman, Department of Sociology, taught classes on the sociology of drugs, crime, criminal justice, corrections, family violence, and deviant behavior.
